MN Strain Eastern Redbud | Cercis canadensis

Ceris canadensis, known as Eastern Redbud, is a large shrub or small tree native to eastern North America. It can be found from Michigan to as far south as central Mexico. The MN strain was developed by the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum by selecting seeds from the strongest survivors of Minnesota’s rough winters. MN Strain Eastern Redbud can grow to 25 feet with a canopy of 30 feet.
